On April 7 5.30 PM the first event of platform “Potential” training cycle – “How to load motivation” will take place.
Klaipėda Association of Youth Organizations “Roundtable” coordinates platform “Potential” of the project “European Youth Capital 2021”, during which a survey was conducted on the needs of youth workers and youth leaders in strengthening their competencies. Lack of leadership, motivation, public speaking and team building training was found to be lacking.
The remote workshops will reveal the importance of personality complexity in the modern world.
The training will be led by a person working with young people, lecturer Inga Kulikauskė, and theater, film and television actor Giedrius Savickas will take part in the talks.
