We are glad that we can share our experience about youth Policy. On Monday, representatives of the municipality and youth from Daugpils (Latvia) visited Klaipėda, who found us themselves and wanted to know more about Klaipėda and its youth.
During the meeting, we shared experiences about the year of the European Youth Capital title, the period of candidacy, and preparation, and presented the activities and results. We discussed future possibilities for cooperation and joint projects. We introduced the Klaipėda youth organization association “Apskritasis stalas” and the Open Youth Center premises, located at Paryžius Komona St. 16A. We have provided an opportunity to immerse ourselves in virtual reality and feel like a person with a disability.
We are extremely happy that Klaipėda is becoming an example not only for other Lithuanian cities but also for foreign cities.
